What activities do they do?

Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Canoeing, Kayaking, Archery, Mountain Adventure Day, Weaseling, Camping, Problem Solving, Raft Building, Orienteering, Team Games


When do we arrive?

Arrival should be arranged for 11am on Monday in time for the Centre induction and lunch at 12.30pm.


When do we leave?

Departures are after lunch on Friday at 1pm.


Course Fees?

There are no hidden extras - the price includes full board, accommodation, instruction, use of specialist clothing and equipment. Your child may need a small amount of pocket money for tuck and souvenirs, eg. £5-£10.


Staff and Safety

Instruction is given by fully trained staff working under the National Governing Body Standards within the guidelines of our Standard Operating Procedures as laid out in our AALA Licence.

What sort of clothes does my child need?

You will be sent a kit list - old clothes are ideal as they will get wet and muddy during activities. Denims are NOT suitable for activities.


Can my child phone home?

We do not encourage home phone calls - should your child need to contact you in an emergency they will be able to use the phone in the Main Office. Please do not send mobile phones as we cannot accept responsibility for them.


When should I pay?

A £20 deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due to Ardmay Ltd. 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.


What happens if I cancel?

The deposit of £20 is non-refundable. You are liable to pay the full fee unless we are notified of your cancellation in writing more than 28 days before the arrival date.


Personal Insurance

Ardmay Ltd. is not liable for personal injury or loss or damage to your property unless caused by the Comapny's negligence or willful default.


Lost Property

We make every effort to ensure that all personal property is taken before a group leaves the Centre, we regret that property left behind can only be returned after receipt of agreed postage and packing charges. Lost Property is held until the end of each term and then taken to a local charity shop.
